It's a foreclosure. It's a lot more to get through. A lot more paperwork. A lot more loopholes. It's been a lot of work, but I'm so excited. We're getting a 3BR 1 1/2 BTH with a Living Room, Dining Room, Garage and Office. All hardwood floors. Tiled bathrooms and kitchen. Double wide driveway. Brick ranch. Beautiful neighborhood. $185. I'm blessed. So blessed. And it's going to be our HOME. That's the coolest thing of all.
Gonna keep pushing on the novel. Writing is my great love in terms of skills!
