About AVG.. there was a huge mistake made where some computers with a rather old version of Windows XP would just not start up anymore. AVG mistakenly thought user32.dll contained a virus, which wasn't true. But it is necessary to boot Windows. Unfortunately AVG tossed that file out ;)
Most of my clients use AVG. Fortunately most are up to date with their software and so only about 3 computers have been hit by this so far. And it's easily solved. No work lost or anything ;)
