Yes Ageia is the Ageia PhysX, some games still show the logo. It sounds like an nVidia driver issue. Download the appropriate graphics driver from nVidia's website. Uninstall the current nVidia driver (and ageia driver if you haven't yet done so), don't worry windows will just use its default driver for nVidia products or the VGA Save driver on reboot, ignore any "new hardware" messages for the moment. Download and run CCleaner from ccleaner.com, use the registry scan portion and keep running it till it finds no more errors for you to fix. Obviously you need to back up the registry when it asks before deleting what it finds. Then run the temp file clean up. Run the nVidia driver install and you should be fine again.
