Basically, the only way to find out how she took it is to ask... And why I'd do that in the form of an apology: if she took it as harassment you'll have an enemy less, and if she didn't take it that way, you'll have an extra ally. That could be good in the remote case that the JAG gets told to "earn his keep" and has to prove he's doing enough cases and starts convincing her to sign a complaint form...
