CURRENT MESSAGE

Can someone point me to Ad-Block?
I tired to install it on the weekend, but when you do a search for it in firefox extensions a plethora of results come up. I installed what looked like to be the original (i think it was by "Team Ad-Block" or something), but it requires you to go around blocking the actual urls of ads and stuff...
Who's going to clear away the bodies...that's what I want to know.
