Use Firefox, and install the add-on that synchronizes your bookmarks with an FTP server. And set up an FTP account somewhere on the internet. That way, your bookmarks will always be saved on the internet somewhere.
Personally however, I use a selfmade script that makes a copy of the entire Firefox profile folder (which includes everything, browsing history, saved passwords, themes, add-ons, bookmarks, cookies, cache, etc..) to my mini linux server at home.
Alternatively... get a USB drive that has a back-up program built-in. And back-up your PC regularly :)
