Running water from 7 till 9 in the morning and 6 till 8 in the evening, if you're lucky. Sometimes none for 3-4 days on end (toilets shared of course!)
Gas and electricity a little more regularly than that, but still...
I don't *know* how the locals live like that - especially considering neighboring towns do have it all.
