The Navy DOES pay for college courses (100%) as well as provides fee medical and dental (though it's no guarantee that the people providing such services have anything higher than a high school education and can pronounce any of the medication or shots that they give, but outsiders don't know that). Anyone (who meets the restriction) wishing to get a place of their own, the Navy provides for most (but not all) of the rent/mortgage.
