It NEVER snows here. Drives my fiance batty. Seriously. He loves snow, but we haven't had a decent snow since the 1980's. Here, it just gets rainy, then cold enough to snow, so even if it DOES snow, it can't stick because it already rained. When I lived in England, we had proper snow a few times. That was amusing for someone like me who's used to school being shut down if there's an inch on the ground!
