I think the tongue looks much better now.... Maybe you could do something about the skulls too, they don't look very bone-y.... and is it me or is the dragon's hide lighter and more golden now? I think I liked it better in the first attempt. She looks better with slightly less shading though, but I don't get where the light is supposed to be coming from.
