Oh, absolutely! I wouldn't even try to go to YouTube if I had dial-up. Unless the video was really, really, really worth the wait. Dial-up was the first commercial internet connection and is therefore obsolete. I'm actually amazed people still have it nowadays. I understand why they do; it's just the fact it still exists. Like black and white TVs.
