Hmmm... Just one best and one worst from all time?
Best: Star Trek: TOS, the first interracial kiss. That's a big "best" for me.

Worst: Whatever the heck that Enterprise "These Are the Voyages" last episode crap was. I didn't watch the show consistently, but any moment of that is one of the worst moments of trek, ever.
