I love yard sales!
New monitor! It may not be a flat screen, but it's 20 inches and I got it for 30$... and it works! :) YAY!

After finally figuring out a rose petal had been the source of my paper jam in my printer, my monitor went NUTS.... so I had to buy a new one QUICK... less than 24 hours later a yard sale graced me with a compatable monitor. YAY! :)

In other news: My school sucks. Don't get me wrong, I love the American education system, but I figured out that this semester, while I am earning 12 credits hours (11 of which involve classes on campus... the last one is a sorta extracurricular thing I do in my own time), and I am spending 15 1/2 hours on campus everyday... Whereas next semester I'll be earning 15 credit hours and I will be spending 12 hours and 45 minutes on campus each day...

Screwy system...

I also bought a closet organizer for 2 bucks... which is missing essential parts, so now I'm gonna just use what I can for an earring and hair clip holder. :) Creativity ROCKS! Maybe I should spray paint it black or something... hm....

Honestly, the 30$ monitor works, so I'm not worried about the 2$ closet organizer. :)

My mind is wandering so much at this late hour, but I am soooo stoked about the Corpse Bride. In an article about it in Entertainment Weekly, it said the movie must be targeted at Goth teens because it was too adult for kids, and adults think stop-motion is for kids... so, though I am not a teen, I think I'm gonna REALLY goth out (now that I have my black lipstick, black nailpolish and eyeliner at my disposal as opposed to England when I did not..) for the day it opens. I'll warn my mother ahead of time, since she is going with me and Matt, but she's the one dying my ends bright red next week, so I don't think she'll mind TOO terribly much. :)

Boy I wish I lived in a city where we got the movie on the 16th.. *sigh*

I'm sorta babbling now... but that's ok. On our "fieldtrip" today to the yard sale, I said "frickin' yum" about something, and John decided that's the new phrase...

Q- "How was your day?"
A- "frickin' yum."

It amuses me ;) Although Jenn told me I lost my privelige to speak, and I think we freaked out her poor friend from work... ah well.

Tmra? Church, Reshoots, maybe back to Church for the once a month night sermon, mostly because I'm curious what my pastor is going to say on the anniversay of 9/11.

This is always a strange time for Americans, at least, in my area. We seem to have so many emotions.. There's almost a sense of fear, worry, anger, frustration, sadness.... It's all there... such a strange time... *sigh*

And on that note, goodnight.
