If they do it properly, they will close the whole Spider-Man story arc in Spidey 4.
Honestly, Venom is one (if not THE) most popular Spidey villian. So featuring the suit in 3 and introducing Venom in the cliffhanger at the end would be nice. Eddy Brock should be properly introduced and established in Spidey 3 at least (Is that blond dude Eddy Brock in the teaser ? Probably, because it ain't Harry Osbourne or Sandman.
