Being someone who doesn't really keep up with new game releases and such I only discovered it by accident - it's still in development, but here's the official site and here's a video that shows off the basic game play.
I have to say that it looks really impressive and ambitious, and I for one would definitely like to get my hands on that creature editor. The only danger I see is that since it's trying to be everything at once, the individual stages might not be able to measure up to other games of the same genre. ~ Iris
