Is it what you expected or hoped for 5 years ago? 1 year ago?

5 - no... i was still in school then. i was not 100 percent sure where i was headed but at that time i had planned to work for ir ish rail in administration. as i did work experience there and enjoyed it a lot. My family also have a history of working for CIE transport as bus drivers, inspectors, train drivers... it would have kept up the tradition (a cousin of mine is noww a bus driver so at least someone else did) - this just never panned out
1 year ago - no... and its even better. i was still working at burton hall, secretarial work and running a job seeker service, knowing my contract ended in november i had planned to find more work in a similar area. But i ended up looking after my mum for 6 months and i got ill very suddenly with something we had been monitoring for a few years so i coulnt look after mum any more...
instead i start college next week, am writing for a few different things and well... life progresses interestingly!

very, i may not be some high flying excecutive but i feel successful, i feel like i am advancing at least for now.

What are your plans and dreams for the next year (or five)?
|
well. i will finish college in a few years, i will continue to contribute to animal rescue by holding fundraisers and i will take advantage of as many opportunities as i can
other than that i will see where the wind takes me
