That's funny, because I read five different news articles saying he does Admittedly, I can't read dutch or whatever source you've got and I've not heard anything about a law suit (there's a police investigation going on to sort things out though), but all the english versions I've found say that Amir claims the laptop was working perfectly when he sent it.... does that count as "denying it was broken"?
