Nonono.. that'd be missing the point of excellent web coding. Instead, you need to find the 'theme' that Coppermine Gallery is using right now. You can find the theme name in the configuration pages once you've logged in. From there, locate the files responsible for making it look like it does now with the white background and the pictures, and one of the files will most likely have a header and a footer file. A file that is used on all Coppermine gallery pages to create the start and the end of the pages shown to the user. Insert some code for google ads there and all should be fine.
