Sorry for the lateness of the coemmnt. Minnesota was holding me captive. Omigosh I LOVE this page! Chains is such a little stinker! The other guy's expression is priceless, right down to the bulging eye-veins! I think you have a very well-balanced style that can shift slightly from realistic to surreal easily. Those veins are a prime example: you could have gotten away with making them bulge a bit more, but this page portrays them realistically to convey that the character's anger is serious, even though Chains is completely nonchalant about it. As for needing to go more realistic because of the BL, I don't think you need to change your style. BL can still look good if it's slightly abstract.
