I am all for supporting local acts who are aicvte in building the local scene. And as a female musician, I think it's great to see a bunch of women who are getting accolades for playing out so much. But I think this band is terrible, and I cannot for the life of me figure out why anyone thinks they're good. Punk no wave new wave whatever the descriptor is, I've yet to see an honest review. There are plenty of local acts with far, far more talent. Are people really this excited simply because the band is all women?
