Forget applying for a CC and do senhtoimg about the account over a year ago. IF indeed it was NOT your fault and you have a letter stating such send it to the credit bureaus and have it REMOVED not just noted.Don't know about that card but you can get a re-builder card from Orchard with about 300 limit and app 39 annual fee. Sure the interest is high but you are not going to carry a balance anyway.With a negative one the report and you saying low credit scoring system you will not get a good c ard with high limit and no fees those come with good credit. But again work on getting that removed from the reports if it is provably not yours
