On the samsung fatcanise, notification ringtones have to be saved under my files; media; audio; notifications. To move a file here, just long hold until it gives you the option to move, rename, etc. Once the file has been moved to this folder, go to settings; sound & display; notification ringtones & you will see it has been added to the default list
