Given the fact that a fridge moves heat away from one location to another (usually from inside to the back of the fridge), and that in doing so it generates some heat itself as well, a fridge as a whole actually generates heat.
Also, cold cathode lights generate heat as well.
Actually, there is no way to have light and not heat in the process at some level or degree.
