I must agree with Wizzard, I have ridden bikes for a calniderobse time now for work and pleasure, I currently police the roads and I, and most of my work chums that ride bikes at work, now have a loathing for the few who spoil it for the majority, we all ride breaking the law with a legal exemption so are used to high speed, but strangely our image and crash rating is far below some of the numpties we encounter in a professional capacity.I have to say, that it is the sports bike riders that draw attention to themselves that cause the public to react, touring bikes, (as we ride), can perform as well, and with the right rider, beyond how some sports bikes are ridden, but the perception is different.So dress dull, make sure your exhaust is not too loud and enjoy un interupted riding time ..unless you do something obvious in front of us
