I know it's been a w I know it's been a while since you've done this, but I just found it, and I am in LOVE with the idea. But what I'd love to know is how you chiseled out for the door hinegs to sit in the side of the door instead of on top of it? Did you use a router? Because I recently tried with a chisel, and yeah, not pretty I just didn't see the step in the tutorial.
