Bewitched was my fave TV comedy by far. I even named my sucffry little dog Samantha'. Looking back now, in 2012, it still stands the test of time as a comedy. And no, I didn't bother with the 21st century big-screen version either! The trailers looked dreadful. I believe the part was specifically written for Elizabeth Montgomery by her producer husband, & to my mind, there can never be another Sam'.Re-watching the show now, there is just so much to look at; Sam' & Serena's' wardrobes & hairdos, the furniture, gadgets, household decor and even the cars it's a treasure trove of all things '60s.In a word a classic.
