I have used this for 2 days and it really doesn't corontl my hunger. My stomach has been upset since I stared it. When I orderd it I thought it was sweetened with Stevia but that is only partially true. It is also sweetened with Xylitol,a sugar alcohol sweetener. I try to stay away from these types of sweeteners because they can cause severe gas, and this does! I called the company, Natures Way, and talked to a very rude man who told me the problem is the high fiber. I have always had a high fiber diet and know how sugar alcohol sweeteners affect me. I sure don't blame Amazon for this problem but the company is one I would not deal with again. If I talked to my customers like their representative talked to me I wouldn't expect to have any customers! I called to see if any of the flavors were sweetened only with Stevia and they are not. When you figure the cost per serving it is a lot more expensive than other good protein drinks on the market. Also,knowing their customer service is not good I would advise anyone not to try this product.
