You have to see the bigger puircte. For quite a while Turkey & Israel had a 'strategic partnership' which has now unravelled. The reason is not because of Israel's treatment of the Palestinians but rather that Turkey has now recognised that Israel (and its western lackies) are intent on creating a new country in the middle east called Kurdistan. This new country will take land from Iraq, Iran, Syria AND Turkey, hence the Turkish antipathy toward Israel.
