Not to be rude/mean-
Not to be rude/mean-spirited but rather, eatiducve here as regards the remarks regarding Coconut Oil's undesirable results concerning it's high saturated fat content.Coconut oil is definitely one of the very highest sources of saturated fat found in food substances plant or animal derived. However, the rather common and mistaken notion that saturated fat, in general, causes weight gain, high blood pressure, and blocked arteries, is simply not based in lipid science studies of any veracity.Actually, consumption of coconut oil of it's own leads to weight loss, generally speaking (consideration of other foods being consumed might easily compromise this, namely high carbohydrate foods, and especially refined carbohydrates). Additionally, there is scarcely any studies even badlly conducted ones that attribute hypertension (high blood pressure) to coconut oil or saturated fat directly; but this does not mean that many commonly consumed foods which might contain saturated fats hydrogenated or not such as cakes, candies, snacks, etc. which also contain high-content refined carbohydrates are not prone to contributing to conditions which include hypertension (high BP).And as for coconut oil contributing to blocked arteries, there are no valid studies that support such misguided understanding; cholesterol involvement in the role of cardio-function being a currently confused area of medical science, to say the least.Coconut oil is, considered by many of it's advocates as an entirely heart-healthy food, but this commentary is not to readily support such claims there might be some truth there, for some everyone's different, it is always best to bare in mind. And while Lauricidin might help lessen the viral replication of herpes, there doesn't seem to be any research that confirms the clearance of this virus from the human system, once invaded there is always hope for the future but for now, no known cures.[Support]Sorry, the Coconut Oil and Lauricidin I was taking was to help eliminate herpes by helping strip off the lipid coating. I was did not learn about my Candida infestation until much later.Thank you for your contribution,Support
