Maybe we have the ability to do this technological thing of using hologram (or other) to send signals and messages, visual images and illusions on the sky. I also see that the veil between earth realm and the spiritual realm is symbolized by the sky and maybe we are being told that we are seeing some truths that we can clearly behold. But your dream sounds like mine, that it felt that we were being shown how powers that be are using even the sky to push their agenda.
