I suggest either graphics that don't take up so much time to download for us nice dial-up users, or graphics that cache.
Also, the old layout chooser might be nice.
What about Sev Forward? Will that be availiable for a little while? I wanted to copy info directly from that to the new spot on the Sev site, but Sev Forward's down.
Also, perhaps you might consider size limits on avatars? I didn't realize mine took up so much space until I saw it on the post. *goes off to change it to something smaller*
All in all, pretty good, but it needs tweaking. That can come later. (Hopefully, not TOO much later.)
