I wonder if the cost of the use of five words for cmroemcial use the plaintiff would have charged for Rs10000/- only how could the suit have been filed in Delhi High Court whose pecuniary jurisdiction is above Rs20 Lakh? I wonder how the reliefs in the suit have been valued for the purpose of court fee and jurisdiction?
