Ah well sometimes I pad my lnchues over an hour with working longer (we are flexible) and get a shower. I don't bother blow drying my hair or redoing all my makeup. just touch up maybe. Pool is the game changer there. I have to do a little more. A lot of my lunch time workouts just need me to rinse off the sweat and sport a ponytail for the rest of the day. I have my own office no clients to meet or anything. but some workouts I don't need a shower honestly. I just got back from a body sculpt class but I didn't really sweat. They have fans on high and I am just lifting. No real cardio. Hope that helps.Another option is to come in early and just get ready here. I have done it a few times. Jamie in 2 comments above works with me and does that a lot. It works well with her schedule. I find it a little harder with carpooling with the family but you do what ya gotta do.Twitter: mannlymama
