Dear Higby Family,I'm so sorry I missed the svreice. I don't receive a paper.I was sadden to hear Richard passed away. We had weekly conversations when he would call me at work, the post office, to ask postal questions of all kinds. Of course my fondest memories are those on Elk Dr. Brandon and Bethany would help with remodeling, yard work, ect he ad I shared brownie recipes for his New business. I just transferred some flowers to my new home that he gave me. He loved to come for holiday dinners and birthday parties. He was thrilled to be at Bethanys wedding and to meet her son Reilly a couple years later. (Bethany and family are in the airforce, in Guam) Your father will be missed.
