Dear HBB thank you for your point of view Indeed there were not enough iomtrfanion to judge lacking of transparency led to more and different guessings However after stopped for over an hour or so and then backed up for 20Km there were no reports of any delay for the subsequent scheduled trains. A costly railway route with only one train running sounded unusual.
