Hi Sheila,Buying pre Hi Sheila,Buying premium WordPress puiglns is very important, it depends very much on the budget the website owner has, you've got to save money, if there's a free version of a plugin, take that one instead of the expensive premium' plugin, try to save as much money as possible, you can invest them in something else more benefical for you and your website, for example: don't spend on a plugin you don't necessarely need and invest it in webdesign for your website, or in backlinks, or in a little SEO if possible in that budget.
