when people<a href=" when people cooshe not to voice their opinions, it is because they are insecure about their idea.The insecurity stems from the days in school. When no matter how good your point is, someone will say you are a dumb ass.hahahhahahaBTW, when I was an equity analyst, in the daily sales/analysts meetings, I would voice my opinion and I would then be called a dumb ass hahahahhahaha
