I have used this, it
I have used this, its is better than entry level avinreattles however. I find the GPS system such as this great for the highway. I live in a City that is always growing and everyone I know has a new house somewhere in a sub division. Inter City I prefer TeleNav. The major diffrence is going to be TeleNav system's are always updated to include new roads. I think the new map packs are like $50 for your Garmin. With that in mind depending on how rural your going if you go Garmin you may want to consider the 250W for better map coverage. I truely am a believer in TeleNav, its available with a lot of cell phones already out on the market.
