Well, lets look at it this way. China is on the SC- it's a pretty cohatic country. When you refer to political chaos, specifically corruption, you must note that almost every country deals with similar problems (if not on the same scale as India). However, your point does make sense in the regard that it makes indian policy decisions vulnerable to such political chaos, as you put it. But, it would be foolish to forget that as far as India's concerned, foreign policy and domestic politics have largely remained separate entities. Consider India's current SC term, domestic politics have in no way influenced Foreign Policy decisions on the council. And thank you for your comment, keep reading!
