I agree that social media is not the sole aneswr. If it does not go through this time, we should regroup and try to get the information out to organizations. For example, I have an active FB presence, but recently went to a robotics competition with some former students who wanted to show off their work. When I told them of the petition, they had not heard about it and I know, factually 5 or 6 of them signed it that night. Some of those who signed are highly interested and are brilliant in their academic career. We should brain storm groups to hit and how to get the word out. I do not think pay advertising is the aneswr. Maybe flyers that could be downloads and printed off and handed out at events?
