well, I am trying the ilundging and penitence method invented by me If I could not resist the chocolates or other high calories junkies, my next meal will be plenty of water and some raw grains like soaked raw peas or lentils or one big carrot.. from time to time I got used to the healthy food and I noticed instead of craving often for fats and sugars , I have made a habit to grab a cellery stalk or an orange ..It will take some time specially if the person is to addicted to fats and sugar .but if you really listen to your body you will realize that all those craving for ice cream and fatty shakes were just a dehydrated body begging for fresh ice water Think twice next time before going grocery shopping .get a nice meal at home, drink plenty of water and grab some bottle water with you and you will be shopping differently.II changed too, Now..I will rather have fresh tomaoes with fat free cheese than pizza .and a large glass of ice cold fat free milk than ice cream.
