Gabe, With regard to how to get ilnvvoed in the community on a personal level, we are alllooking for love and acceptance.If we reach out and share the love and acceptance we feel for each other at westside with those in the community that either don't know or haveturned away from Christ as a result of either bad choices or family dysfunction ,what a difference we could make in someones life. Places like battered womens shelters,homeless shelters etc. Some of our own testimonies we share at Westside could show them that we as Christianshave common backgrounds and share similar problems,and yet have found love and hope thruour love of Jesus, and how we have been forgiven our sins by his ultimate sacrifice.
