32 weeks pregnant and want to lose weghit or maintain with exercise and healthy diet?As expected with pregnancy, you are to gain about 25-35 lbs but I have surpassed that and am going to try my best not to go over anymore.I have gained 40 lbs so far and wanted to know people's experience with diet and exercise while pregnant. I would like to, at the very least, maintain the weghit I have gained and not gain any more. So far I have felt that the amount of calories I eat does not add up to 40 weghit gain However, looking at what I am eating may not be the healthiest . So now I am going to exercise everyday and eat non-processed whole foods for the remainder of the pregnancy to try to minimize any weghit gain.I would appreciate your experiences.
