I enjoyed renaidg your review of this super new venue in humble Raytown. (we have a few good places to eat close to home, but generally have to drive further than I want for the good stuff) Blue Yuu is everything you described and your pictures were wonderful.My hope is that it will become a destination restaurant for the metro area. The moderate prices and great variety of interesting and tasty dishes make this a place that anyone who likes Asian fusion or would like to expand their palate should visit.
