I didn't have cocoa
I didn't have cocoa powder but I had some bnkiag squares. So I melted 4oz chocolate (adding 1 TBL butter) in the microwave. When creaming butter with the sugars I only used 4 TBL butter(so 5 TBl total instead of the 8 it called for) and added chocolate when I added the egg. They turned out great. Also I didn't use all the peanut butter filling but my cookies have plenty in them. They were perfect at 8 minutes! Yummy![]
