WOWOWOWWOW! Thank you so much for the AMAZING tute on Italian Buttercream! Honestly, I think I just kicked my bainkg up another level. I can't believe I waited this long to try IMBC but I can honestly say that It was because I couldn't figure out most recipes. They are often convoluted and daunting. Thank you so much Joe, and you've gained a true follower with this one. I wish I could send you a piece of the cake I've made! By the way, I filled my Lemon-Buttermilk cake with a mixture of your IMBC and lemon curd mixture. It's amazing.Lisa
