Dogs can and sometimes do get tawproem from raw meat. (mostly pork or beef). And that happens here in the United States. It doesn't matter what country you are talking about.I wouldn't give my dogs raw meat no matter what country. I don't know how bad it is for them or not It is just more safe to feed them cooked meats. I don't want to take the risks.I've never been to Vietnam so I don't know what their standards are for meats. I guess that they have some regulations but I wouldn't take the chance.References :
