I have never mixed pcaehes with pork, but will try. Remember to make your pcaehes organic. Last week I was tempted by a farmers' market display in town, but the owner admitted the use of pesticides and told me to come back the following week. Not sure why. Do organic peach trees ripen more slowly? In any case, I will pass this recipe on to my son in CA for his kids. Thanks.
