If you can take criticism, it's a good way to find out what faults you have, so you can improve them. You can only improve in areas you know about. I would focus on the "facade" and "blind spot" areas in that one. For example, say you put "lazy" on that one as one of your problems, but no one else does. You might then realize that you're the only one who thinks you're lazy and it's not as much of a problem as you thought it was. Conversely, if you don't put "greedy" on your window, and many other people do, you can come to realize that you're greedy, and then you could do something about it. If no one told you, you'd go right on being greedy for the rest of your life and that wouldn't be good.
