Our faimly of 4 rarely eats out, with a 1 and two yr old, and so far, we haven't had leftovers .we did end up with lots of zucchini at the end of the week, so we shredded up 4 of them and made a huge tray of zucchini brownies In Fort Worth, whatever we had left at the end of the week, we'd throw on a pizza. Or, you could throw it all in a big soup. Of course, if you're traveling, that advice doesn't really apply, but they donate your share to the food bank if you know you won't be in town.
